iFixit.com to Release iPhone Disassembly Guide Tomorrow
iFixit.com plans to do a quasi-live disassembly of the iPhone tomorrow "shortly after its release". They will be taking pictures as they go, and uploading them/commenting as they go, all refreshed for you using their AJAX system.
