Finally SMS at its best with MySMS!!

So I believe there are a few of you out there wanting such things like landscape texting, ability to send msg's to multiple contacts at once, erasing single messages, disabling the annoying auto-correct and security to name a few.

And you say all of this plus more in one single app?

Well, now there is Introducing MySMS from iSoft!

How will this play with Intelliscreen? I use that more than any other app, and it will be a tossup if I can't activate MySms through Intelliscreen.

I would assume since your stock SMS app continues to run, that intelliscreen would be unaffected. I've played with it a bit, seems to use the same database as the stock app.

Just bought this app and its good and stable.

Would still like to see changes though after using it all day.

When clicking on new SMS I would prefer it to go directly to the compose screen instead of select a contact.

Then when selecting the Recipient would be nice to be able to input 1st letter of name, 2nd letter etc and have the program filter it automatically.

The select screen is nice but I have 200 + contact names and shouldnt have to scroll through them all to select one.

Just my thoughts

Tosh

There's an option to use as default SMS and I tried turning that on but when you launch SMS from Intelliscreen it still goes to the default SMS so I guess there's no integration.

I've been using this app the whole day now and from what I can see its pretty cool. The landscape keyboard makes texting a whole lot faster and it seems to send the texts out pretty fast (I guess the 30 second delay for the trial version doesn't matter). The only bugs I see is after you send the message the receiver gets a few lines of blank space after the texts for some reason and sometimes the bottom bar disappears but a relaunch fixes that; other than those, everything is peachy. I might dish out the extra $5 for this app.

Does this work with StatusNotifier if it's set as default sms app?

Yeah tested with intelliscreen and if you disable the default SMS app, of course the sms functionality of intelliscreen is lost.

When you get to that screen there's a button on the top left corner that says "Quick Filter" when lets do you search by first letter. I have the same problem as you but it me awhile to notice the button.
