Just what I've been waiting for, no more converting AVI files.
It played the File OK but not smoothly and the audio was out of sync.

Tapping the screen caused the video to start rolling like an out of sync tv.

I'll keep an eye on the thread, hopefully an improved version will come soon.

pues yo puse un wmv y se escuchaba bien pero el video no avanzaba mejor borre el programa y espero a una mejor actualizacion.. aora estoy es con los strings como customize no va pos manualmente pero nada

si , mi customize ahorra no me quiere trabajar tampoco, pero tu no e tratado vlc4iphone? Yo se k hay una copia flotando por ahi, pues con los wmv se k tal'vez funcionara mejor

Pretty kewl app. Just some things I have noticed..

The sync is off
frames skip
runs the bat slightly more than the iPhone movie app


This has great potential and I am sure over time this app will function great. Look foward to getting the next release.

Side note---Wouldnt it be nice to be able to view movie/java in Safari? Im just saying...lol

Plays Ok, OUt of Sync, waiting for VLC.

EDIT: Doesnt play most of my files, either black screen or very much out of sync and skips frames.

Wow this thread is harsh.
I'm sure it's a work in progress. I'm happy someone is trying to improve the horrendous codec support of the iPhone/iPod touch..

Works awesome, I can watch about 1 frame every second whoo hoo! Videos play so good I think I might just sell my blu-ray player and 63" LCD TV and just watch movies on my iphone from now on

I have som trouble when i have downloaded a movie from to my iphone and move it to private var media i still cannot find it in the mplayer?

Created it in root folder under private var as you should...

Using Discaid btw

make sure the folder doesnt have a capital M, it should be
/private/var/media
