Apple Drops SDK NDA

Apple this morning decided to completely drop the NDA for released software created from the official SDK.
Looks like all the commotion lately did in fact have an effect...
iPhone Developer ProgramWe have decided to drop the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for released iPhone software.
We put the NDA in place because the iPhone OS includes many Apple inventions and innovations that we would like to protect, so that others don’t steal our work. It has happened before. While we have filed for hundreds of patents on iPhone technology, the NDA added yet another level of protection. We put it in place as one more way to help protect the iPhone from being ripped off by others.
However, the NDA has created too much of a burden on developers, authors and others interested in helping further the iPhone’s success, so we are dropping it for released software. Developers will receive a new agreement without an NDA covering released software within a week or so. Please note that unreleased software and features will remain under NDA until they are released.
Thanks to everyone who provided us constructive feedback on this matter.
thanks luiz

Whoa nelly..... it still means the same thing. If you get rejected you still can't talk. You are unreleased. However, the NDA has created too much of a burden on developers, authors and others interested in helping further the iPhone’s success, so we are dropping it for released software. Developers will receive a new agreement without an NDA covering released software within a week or so. Please note that unreleased software and features will remain under NDA until they are released.Screw #Winning, I'm #Juanning

So we can finally expect Flash for iPhone? I'm sure there are many more advantages but Flash is something ive been waiting on. Now if they can come up with an MMS solution -.-. Getting swirly to work with AT&T is a pain. I've given up on that.

Yeah, but this will unhobble all of those developer conferences. I was on a nother forum just the other day, and one dev gave another dev a tip & I wondered if they were going to get in trouble. Now they have nothing to worry about. That is a good thing. That tip is going to translate directly into features that I wanted to see in that app- and a few more apps as well.

what this is $$$$$ for apple when they charge 30% for the price of a app. By been picki on what they accept there are loosing a lot of money if there accept any app that is money to make.
