Atari Gets SuperPong Removed From AppStore - Grab it Quick

We just got an email from Jazon, the creator of the AppStore app SuperPong2 giving us the heads up that both versions of his app will be removed from the AppStore friday. This is the second App we are aware of that has been removed from the AppStore due to copyrights. A couple weeks ago we reported when Tris was removed from the AppStore. Jazon's email below:
"Hi, my name is Jazon Burnell and I am the owner of Spiffyware and developer of the game SuperPong.
In a situation similar to what Noah Witherspoon went through with Tris, I am being asked to remove my SuperPong 2 app from the App Store by Atari Interactive due to infringements against the pong and breakout copyrights.
Being a student, I don't presently have the time or resources to fight this, and so have until Friday to take the app down. I know you guys are dealing with your own sorts of legal annoyances, but if you guys wouldn't mind, it would be greatly appreciated if a story could be posted saying that anyone who is interested in downloading the app, the free Lite version or the paid full version (which has always been $2.99), must do so by Friday.
I do hope to pursue a resolution in the future, but for the moment I do not have much choice. Here are the two app store links:
Full Version - http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/M...282933030&mt=8
Lite Version - http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/M...290152571&mt=8
Thank you very much,
Jazon Burnell
Spiffyware"
We know how you feel Jazon best of luck in your future endeavors - MMi

Yea... so how I don't feel sorry for Apps that are thrown out of App store,or denied.
Last I check users like me pay even the Movietone guys $20 bucks...and donate to countless others. Even to my man Zibiri. When you leave us hanging for Almight Apple I don't feel sorry.
For my good guys like Mobilefinder, yes; i paid for his app. He had it free in cydia and installer before. the others...no way no cash.

Atari is an old failed company HAS BEEN from the 70's that is doing everything they can to keep anyone else from success with anything that resembles what they can no longer make money off of as their time has passed. Atari crept into oblivion when NES was released in the early 80's and NES took a hell of a hit when Playstation came out, then Playstation took on heat when Xbox came out,.............. and the food chain goes on.
Atari however, is nearly dead last on the food chain sitting right atop the Commodore. I hope they grit and grind over everyone else being able to be a success other than them.
