Firmware 1.1.4 Released for Iphone / iPod Touch
It's out.
As always remember if you have a unlocked iPhone don't upgrade until the devs have had some time to look into things. Oh and if you upgrade your jailbreak will probably be gone as well -- as always

How stupid am I??? I updated thinking the ziphone will still work and that I had nothing to lost cos' i could restore it back to 1.1.3. Well!!!! ziphone doesn't work and now I can't restore it back. I keep getting an error: "the iphone could not be restored. An unknown error occured (1015)". Any help please?????????

No Release notes from Apple as of yet
Rumor had it it would support flash, copy paste, bluetooth management and a few other featuresMajor credit to the Programmers.
Your efforts makes the IPHONE that much better. Thank You! Without you, There is no Us!!
I believe in beta testing for free and paying for Smooth integrated, Compatible, and functioning Apps.

Too early too tell, but by the end of the day, I'm sure that someone will have the skinny on what the update has provided (or like apple, not provided). Best thing to do is let it play out, see what the dev team comes up with, and possibly have that wonderfully easy tool we all know (ziphone) updated to work with 1.1.4. It'll happen, they haven't let us down yet. Be patient. Hopefully there are some really worthy upgrades with this one!!!!

ziphone should work on the 8gb iphones and ipods according to Nate True and for the update all Apple lists is "Bug Fixes"

ZiPhone will work with 1.1.4.
But I need to FULLY test it and do a few
adjustments.

I installed it, really haven't noticed anything new... Why didn't apple announce this firmware update like the others?
