I'm happy to share my 3G AT&T ONLY ipsw file (no logos, just Installer & Cydia). I say AT&T only because it DOES NOT ACTIVATE your phone. It's 227 MB's, let me know of a site I can upload to.

It is a nice machine! But when Macs get updates like this before PC's, one can only think of getting a Mac (I'm a little impatient to see how the 2.1 firmware improves my iPhone).

those who are getting errors could try restarting and trying alternative USB ports. works for me, and a few friends who get errors trying to restore/update.. but we all have PCs.. however, same should apply for Macs if I am not mistaken.

i made a cf for 3g but when i try to do a 2g it says it cant find bl 3.9 so i find it and it says its not the right bl 3.9 anyone else have this problem

I have the same problem (pwned 2g iphone on tmobile) says it cant find bootloader 3.9 even when i browse and select it.

file size wayt too big for yahoo.. currently loading the 2.1 custom FW for the 2G iPhone on sendspace.com..

1 hour 20 minutes remaining.. sorry guys im trying..
