this app is amazing but leaves the download and stream option when you uninstall the app you have to reunlock and rejailbreak just to get that anoying option out of the software.

Sigh.. no it doesn't. Cydia automatically downloads dependencies for programs you're trying to install. One of the dependencies of this application is that it needs to have the safari dl plugin. So to get rid of it, you go into cydia and uninstall the plugin as well as the application. Then it won't ask you anymore.

There has been a really good response for dTunes. Thanks all for the feedback and comments.
I'll try and look into a few suggestions later this week. (eg: movies, volume controls, showing elapsed time, track renaming and possibly syncing).
It's thirsty work though, so if you fancy buying my a drink - a donations link is available on my site
iPhone Apps
Regarding the comment about adding a search queing list while out and about : I'm going to have to say please just keep Notepad handy for that!

This app is the shizit, theres only 1 thing thats making me nuts that i'd like to see addressed... when I do a search and pick a file to listen or D/L, it would be nice to be able to return to the searrch results. A couple times now ive downloaded a file that the gain was really low, so it would be nice to be able to go back to the search results and grab a different file, instead of starting the search all over again.

When I uninstalled dTunes, I would still get asked to either "DOWNLOAD" or "PLAY IN MEDIA PLAYER". Is there something else that didn't uninstall with dTunes? Is anyone else having this same problem?

Well, that boss function to stop the downloading needs to be a part of the uninstall function...or, dTunes needs to have some prefs allowing only specific file types types. I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot of features.
