Modified the originalBubble stylesheet and added the widget to User Wallpaper using ProjectGSX's guide. It's awesome!

Same here emailed saurik to see if there is a solution for winterboard.
I got a response quite fast on the issue and this is what i got
"I find these two packages and will work with the authors to make the themes compatible with WinterBoard's new wallpaper collision scheme. The issue is that most packages use Wallpaper.html for actual wallpaper. This made it entirely unintuitive that, if you drag for example, User Wallpaper to the very top of the stack you'd still get some random wallpaper from lower in the stack (as HTML renders above PNG files). I therefore went the route of thinking of the problem in terms of "does this program provide wallpaper at all or not". I will add a "I render wallpaper over" flag to themes and get the few themes that need to think of the problem like that to fix stuff. -J"
so it is being dealt with already

I went over to MacThemes, where the original thread was created for this widget awhile back. Someone mentioned a way to fix this and I have confirmed it works. For my situation, I can have the Weather Widget enabled but not the User Wallpaper, because as soon as I enable the User Wallpaper, that wallpaper will go on top and I cannot see the WeatherWidget anywhere on the screen. If I put the order of the WeatherWidget above the User Wallpaper in Winterboard, it will show, but I will not have a wallpaper.
Here is the fix.
1. SSH into your phone.
2.Copy the Wallpaper.jpg file from the User\ Wallpaper.theme directory to the WeatherWidget.theme directory.
3. Disable User Wallpaper in Winterboard

well I noticed one more thing. If i add the wallpaper to the weather widget theme folder. My video wallpaper runs behind the wallpaper even when disabled. This kills the batery. I had to uninstall skrew and vwall

Did someone mention FORECAST? Here is what I found on other forum.
But I don't like the big clock and the wallpaper, I just want today's weather the forecast.
Does anyone have any idea how to do it?

try this fix from a terminal:
1.- Connect from a terminal at iphone:
ln -s /private/var/mobile/Library/LockBackground.jpg /private/var/stash/Themes.uKTxqE/WeatherWidget.theme/Wallpaper.jpg
3.- In Settings select the wallpaper wishing.
PD. I am sorry for my poor English

The past two versions of WbApp fixed this problem, thanks to the update Jay included in WinterBoard. However, if you are bound and determined to do it manually, change your weather html to use Widget.html. This will overlay any and all other wallpapers. This also allows you to combine the weather "widget", now aptly named, with any other html wallpaper.
