quickpwn covers the basics if you want to stay locked to att until you die....LOL.... j/k, but seriously, quickpwn is ok but i do not want my baseband updated and I do not want to update twice (now with 2.0.1 quickpwn and then again when winpwn comes out with 2.0.2 support)...

Could some kind soul point me in the right direction, I have searched everywhere but cant get the right answer.
After running Archive Utility, get this popup "Unable to unarchive Pwnage Tool_2.0.3.tbz into Pwnage Tool 2.0.3
(error 2- No such file or directory.)
Made a new folder but no joy.
Cheers,

Do NOT use Archive Utility.
Use UnStuffit
And no problems.

Anyone have same problem. I have mobile me. I sync mobileme account. So open iPhone Mail.app and I can't get any mail. WTF? Show message: wrong username or password. But everythink is correct. So open Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > YourMobileMeAccount > No password saved...

I know how to do that but once I restore i do not want to "set up as new iPhone" as i did when i first pwned to 2.0. I want to "restore from backup" so that I get back my camera roll, sms history, bookmarks, game scores, ect. I just want to know if that will work. It worked when I went from 1.1.4 to 2.0 but I had the mail app issue where it was crashing so I had to set up as new iphone. I'd like to not have to go through that.
Thanks

I got this from the dev team blog it seems to work, try it out:
The Password storage issue can be fixed by installing OpenSSH and applying a chmod of 0777 to /var/Keychains. This will allow the passwords to be stored to the Keychain database
Update: this fix works for me even after reboot of phone all passwords stayLast edited by beachwhale; 08-25-2008 at 09:06 PM.
