Unlock OTB 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 via Installer

guys Ive been tryin the official Upgrader from Conceited Software, the software from iClarified and the other upgrade way from iClarifed but none of them works. The reason is that the firmware supposed to be downloaded from apple's site is not downloaded. I think the phone can't connect to the server.
Do you have any recommendations to solve this problem?

There is a problem with a situation that in installer there are no tweaks 1.1.1 any more so no more Oktoprep... only tweaks 1.1.3 are there so I am stuck in downgrading to 1.1.1 point not able to upgrade to 1.1.2 ... what can I do?

it still shows in mine under 1.1.1 tweaks.

Also the new apptapp has oktoprep installed in it

where can I find the Iworld in the installer?

Hi guys...I cant find this WinSCP file in my program list. Any else where I can locate it? Basically, I just want to install iworld (country Malaysia)...but I cant locate iworld in any of the installer (where it used to located in Tweaks 1.1.2) but now by tweaks (1.1.2) is gone from the installer (left tweaks 1.1.1 & 1.1.3)....What I suppose to do?

I just downgraded to 1.1.1 and trying upgrade it to 1.1.2 and then to 1.1.3 but I cannot seem to find "OktoPrep" not there are Tweaks (1.1.2) and so on in the installer. How to fix this?
