ok, after upgrading from 2.0.1 pwnd to itunes 2.0.2, how do I run quickpwn? what firmware do I put in? and how to update iPhone?

ok i dont get it. do you have to update the phone to 2.02 via ituens first and then run QP to jail break it? which firmware do you have to put inside the QP folder if any at all?

Let me get this straight i have a unpwned 2.01 3g iphone. i want to quickpwn it in 2.01, then update 2.02 or restore to 2.02 then re quickpwn?? thanks in advance

What I don't understand is actually how to quickpwn after upgrade on the iPhone..
You have to insert a firmware in quickpwn but you can't insert a 2.0.2...
So, even if you upgrade to 2.0.2, how can you pwn this firmware?

I keep getting errors in iTunes when I try to update my phone.

It's a 2g 1.1.4. I want to get it up to 2.0.1.

I got the winpwn 2.0 (or whatever the new one is), and installed a fresh copy of iTunes.
I go through everything, create the custom firmware and pwn iTunes (in whatever the correct order was).

When I go into iTunes to load the custom firmware, it says something like iTunes can not connect to update server. Please check internet connection. It does not find my iPhone. I can't run Update in iTunes either.

Any idea what might be wrong? Did they fix this in the newest 7.7 iTunes? and If so, can someone give me the working original 7.7

Not sure if this is possible since I'm not even sure on how to jailbreak 2.0.2...

k im running a pwned 2.0.0. how exactly do i go to 2.0.2? if i understand correctly i need to winpwn my way to 2.0.1 then upgrade via itunes to 2.0.2 official THEN run quickpwn with the 2.0.2 firmware file in it? or can i just legit upgrade to 2.0.2 then run quickpwn? jus wanna be clear gonna get around to it sometime today.
