I am starting to see libraries here... so far I can see canadoc

I think it is slow going connecting to the libraries because of the size of each person's libraries... I am seeing solarseed.... and playing music from canadoc library right now.. just to cool!

the software on pc has been scanning for about 2 hours now, doesn't seem to be normal, I only have ~2500 songs on itunes/zune/winamp

its wierd... i guess so many people are using it at once??

i csnt get my iphone to see other libraries.. my itunes opens em up fine .. but not iphone..

I was able to see people in itunes and on my iphone as well... it looks like it takes forever..

Anyone having problems I think I found the solution to getting it to find libraries quickly. Try signing out and then shutting it down then start it back up and it should work just fine. This worked for me and if it means anything I'm on XP but that shouldn't matter. Good luck to all, the app is well worth the wait.

WooHoo! Finally!

What I did:
1- Exit application on the phone.
2- Closed application on Windows.
3- Restarted application on Windows.
4- Hit "Reset" which re-started the scanning process on the PC, did it pretty quickly. (For those of you with LOTS of songs, maybe you should skip this step)
5- Restarted the app on the iPhone.... "Scanning"... then wham! There it is.
6- Works like a charm now.

it is a simple problem....itune's library is corrupt somewhere. 8( Just right click on Simplify Media and click options. Click the Sharing tab. Select My Music Folder. Check the checkbox that says Select additional folders and playlists. Also at the bottom toggle iTunes. Click OK. Then add me as a friend. hawaiipoolman O)

freakin awesome App! the best i've seen so far actually!

took a little bit of working, tried the above info for the connection problems! works great now.. haven't tried it out via edge, just wifi thus far! will try edge tomorrow while at work and get back to everyone!

People do what he suggests above... it works.. after I set mine like this I see my name under the shared now.. and people are connecting now... and also listening on the phone at the same time.. this program is just to cool!

For Mac users go to Simplify Media up by the apple in the left hand side of the screen... then go to preferences... then to the sharing tab and then check My music folder then check Select additional folders and playlists and then you can add a folder to where your music is or leave what is set with itunes there...

It works! Did exactly what you did, and about 30 min of scanning, it works! best app ever! simplify media ftw!!!

i have used it before and was cool but...any chance there will be streaming video? that would rule. I want to be at friends and watch whenever, whatever i have in itunes over the Net.

You can find it on the phone. Go to Categories, then Music. The link in search doesn't work for some reason, but the link in the music category works like a charm. Great app! 15,000 songs in my pocket, hope my 160g iPod doesn't get too dusty.
