Once that's done...click on "iPwner". Select the modified firmware you just created and you'll see a notice pop-up.."Your iTunes has been Pwned". Click "ok"...then open iTunes.
Under "devices"..click on you iPhone. Hold down "shift" and click on "restore". Select the modified firmware and click "ok". Your iPhone will now be restored using the modified firmware.
* NB *
If you have not 'pwned' your iPhone before (ie. you've been running on official apple firmware), you will have to put the iPhone into "DFU" mode to restore it.
* NB *
"How To Put An iPhone Into DFU Mode"
1. Have the iPhone connected via usb to your computer & turned on.
2. Have iTunes open
3. Turn off your iPhone..leave the usb cable connected.
4. Hold down the "power" button and the "home" button at the same time
5. Timing is critical here....hold the "power" button & "home" button for 10 seconds.
6. After 10 seconds, release the "power" button...but keep holding the "home" button.
7. After another 10 seconds, release the "home" button and iTunes should detect the iPhone is in "DFU" mode and prompt you to restore it.
Hope this helps !
