SSH into the iPhone and go to /private/var/mobile/WebClips. There you'll see some 1A2B3C4D-5E6F-A1B2-C3D4-E5C61A2B3C4D.webclip folders, and inside of each one an xml file called Info.plist and an icon.png. I believe this icon file is in that weird iPhone png format, though.

I just got through upgrading to 1.1.3 just so I could have this icon, and it's not working for me

Ok, I didn't really upgrade just for the icon, but I still want it.
