All you have to do is install the "Poof" app available on Cydia and it lets you hide icons on your home screen.

You don't need a Win app to do this. I have WinXP and you can jailbreak it manually..

Step by Step Guide to JailBreak iPhone 3G using Windows - iPhone Hacks

Follow the instructions there.. very easy to do. You'll probably need to find the two files elsewhere though. I'd say they're down now. I have them if anyone would want them transferred via AIM or Yahoo messengers. (i'm not sending to 500 people though, only the first few that ask)

i jailb roke and every time i install ANYTHING from installer i get "main script execution failed"
never had this problem before....any ideas? thanks to everyone!!!
