Well the Dev Team will probably have a more tight software and they probably tested their stuff way more than he did. Anyway, I just feel safer using more "official" stuff.

i hope nothing happens. then all these hundreds of ppl can whine and complain until dev team releases it
besides even if u jailbreak it. there wont be very many things to install since they wont work on 2.0

true, but anyway, i'm not expecting much from GeoHot, ya know, i'm exited and stuff about his countdown, but i don't plan to use his software, since the Dev-Team is saying that it's too early for a release, and they are the ones who PWN some iphone as$, i kinda prefere listening to them.

But you can still customize it to your liking, like icons, carrier logos, etc.. thats better than nothing
