Thanks for the review PF. Am waiting for the new pwnage tool before updating mine to FW 2.0. Not getting a 3G model. I'm on T-Mobile so no need. Does the save picture feature work with e-mails too? Can anyone confirm or deny that? Also does the keyboard still rotate if you turn the phone sideways when typing an e-mail? I hate that about the original phone.

Hey , Can anyone tell me about the mapping? Like do we have to download maps for different places or will the map be loaeded by its self through the gps or we have to pay serperatly for maps.

It is way worth the 6 plus hour wait at International Plaza. The best was when one of the guys in line flipped out on the apple guy, and after being there for 5 hours just gets out of line and leaves

For some reason, when I download an app from the APPstore (such as AIM), after 24 hours or so, when I try to open it, it goes back to the springboard. I tried syncing it with itunes to fix it and I tried restarting the iPhone. Didn't work. Only way I could get it to work was to delete it from the iphone and download it again from the appstore. It's been happening to me since I bought the iPhone on July 11th. Is anyone else having this problem? It's very frustrating. Thanks

at the moment the maps are loaded as you movethrough google maps, however, telenav is going to be offering in car gps relatively soon.

for this to work, i believe that the maps will have to be stored on the phone itself.

the gps is great, but awkward for using as real in car sat nav at the moment.

and from what i understand, t-mobile 3g will work with the iphone by the end of the year. this was announced shortly after the keynote, so yes there is a reason for the t-mobile users to upgrade aswell.

it is amazing how much difference 3g makes.
