.mac Still Down me.com Running - Sort of.

Mac.com has been down for awhile now leaving many people unable to access important things in their .mac accounts. Good news! Me.com is sort of up!

Click the image to open in full size.

Reports are coming in that people who have bought new me.com accounts are able to login and access all the features. Unfortunately us loyal .mac users are still totally SOL since our .mac accounts have not been ported over to me.com yet

"Sort of" is a good description. I did log in using my .mac info. I think it's working. It's incredibly slow and stupid.

Reminds me of Windows Me

Yeah, mine is pretty slow too. But hey they're just getting it online so let's see how it speeds up later I guess.

Existing .Mac user. I was able to get on last night. I now have 3 computers (2pc and 1mac) syncing. It's a bit annoying right now because the "resolve sync conflicts" box keeps popping up and when I try to resolve the conflicts it says "server busy". But it does work...I now have 4 calenders the same. This includes the one on my iPhone which I synced but didn't upgrade to 2.0.

I just signed up with a new account on me.com.

After I synced my mac, I logged in and it said "New Member registration is not yet available." I'm unable to log in and see if it synced probably.

wow

so it is SORT OF working. It's extremely sluggish and I still get that error screen every now and then. Geez.

This has not been a good couple of days for Apple.

It still not works up here in Europe (Sweden) yet however.
Damn it. Lot of trouble for me and my company for sure.
Su....x.

This is how it looks when try to go to .Mac

21:22 European time.
"MobileMe web applications not yet available.
The MobileMe transition is underway but is taking longer than expected. While core services such as desktop mail, iDisk and sync are available, the new MobileMe web applications are not yet online. Thank you for your patience as we complete the upgrade."
