Firmware 2.0 is out
The file is called: iPhone1,2_2.0_5A347_Restore.ipsw and you can snag it from apple here http://appldnld.apple.com.edgesuite....7_Restore.ipsw
keep in mind this is only for the iphone. Ipod touch users will have to wait a little bit longer today. Also when you go to put it on your phone, for windows users hold the shift key when you click restore so you can tell it to use the file downloaded.

Use it at your own risk, and keep in mind if you have an unlocked phone, this will lock it, so dont install it. Your phone wont be jailbroken either.
If you do update your phone, you can install apps now. Super monkey ball rocks, and the ebay app is very nice
EDIT
The 2.0 firmware erases every bit of data and info on your iPhone and completely installs the iPhone 2.0 firmware. So as long as you are on AT&T, you can officially use all features available on the phone.
Your phone obviously WONT be unlocked, NOT would it be jailbroken.Last edited by .:MirrorminD:.; 07-10-2008 at 09:39 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

Via BigBoss Blog:
2.0 can be manually downloaded and installed. But do not do it! I tried it on my test phone and it seems to be permanently updated. You will need to wait for dev team and pwn 2.0 as a straight upgrade may be a one-way street. Understand that there is a difference between pwning 2.0 and updating to 2.0. Your pwning would start in 1.1.4.
Using common download procedures, DFU mode results in error 1600 and restore mode in error 20. No downgrade occuring.
Once you upgrade there may be no going back (for now)... so be careful.

DoerrFan,
What process did you follow?
Did you update to 2.0, then re-jailbreak? Did installer work?Last edited by Andis Jackson; 07-10-2008 at 08:48 AM. Reason: forgot to write who the question was for

Okay, to clarify.
I jailbroke with ZiPhone, restored to iLiberty. JUST JAILBREAK.
Then restored beforehand, went to 2.0 and EVERYTHING WORKS FINE.

:MirrorminD:
please explain in detail what you had before and what you did in sequence to get to the state you are now.
For example:
BEFORE
1.1.4 Ziphoned jailbroken/unlocked/activated, working 100%
I was 3.9 (or 4.6 or whatever you were) Bootloader
WHAT I DID
1. Update through itunes 7.7 to the latest 1.2 firmware I downloaded from APPLE
2. Run Ziphone (which version) to DO IT ALL
CURRENT STATE
Working ??? 100%? or 0%???
this way it will be more clear for others to follow...Locked 1.1.1 --> Jailbroken + Unlocked 1.1.1 --> Upgraded to 1.1.2 --> Jailbroken + Unlocked 1.1.2 --> Upgraded to 1.1.3 --> Jailbroken + Unlocked 1.1.3 --> Upgraded to 1.1.4 --> Jailbroken + Unlocked 1.1.4 with zIphone --> Jailbroken + Unlocked 2.0.2 with QuickPwn

^^ So what you're saying is that you jailbroke with ziphone, then restored and jailbroke with iliberty, then restored and updated to 2.0 and the installer was there?
Please hit the thanks button if I helped you out
