if you cant install apps with the BETA8 then ill have to wait ill its Pwnd... that sux. My Touch is waiting for its apps.

I installed the 7.7 version of iTunes by accident and now my iPhone 1.1.4 does not work!!! Can anyone tell me how to install the Mac 7.6.2.9 version of iTunes? Where? I'M DESPERATE! Please help...

once you guys get the app store up and running, i highly recommend a free program called Jott. Its a voice recorder than it converts it to text in a to-do type list.

i tried to download the myspace app and it told me itunes store is temporary unavailable...

Looking at Apps in Appstore. No Utilities for Customize or Summerboard, Anyone find a similar app that does these functions?

has anyone installed itunes 7.7 with 1.1.4 and have you had any problems? Or should we just wait to upgrade to 2.0 before installing it?

I have installed itunes 7.7 and used it with my 1.1.4 iphone with no issues. Also if you guys get a chance check out the app for Pandora great little program for streaming music based on if you like or dislike the song or artist.

Does that mean we can ssh the files into our phones? Random question I know but if the application files are in the ipa files, jailbroken phones can just take the easy route.

no you need to be on 2.0 to install apps from app store

reQall also does this, and is also free. I'll try jott later tonight. So many things to try out. SO MANY!
