Yup, the stream dies. Sometimes it is after 1 min or sometimes its 25 min later. It is random. I understand needing to buffer, but I think it is a bug in software. I'm not complaining. This is an awesome app, probably one of the few 'killer' apps for the iPhone.

The first time I had it installed it ran for about 2 or 3 min then REBOOT my phone....which was kind of odd...and a bit scary

I am looking forward to future enhancements to this app for sure. I may even upgrade my streaming to the 120kb version because of this application.

I was having this yesterday after installing the first version. I ended up doing a full restore and putting everything back on. Was working untill i just tried to update to .61 and now having issues again..

This is a really great app , but I too did notice that my iPhone would restart randomly when using this app. I'd like it to run in the background, and something has to be done about the stream randomly cutting off. Other than those few downfalls, this is a really killer app.

Thanks I know this is a beta but it seems real real buggy crashing the phone and thinks like that I guess i jumped the gun installing it im going to stay away

Hi,
I love this app its working good for me so far except for the channel line up.....one question: Is everyones channel lineup errors the same or is the app grabbing the wrong stream randomly?.....i want to find stern but im having a hard time finding it...

update: after about 15 minutes i lose the stream and ive noticed that the iphone is getting very warm with this app running..maybe thats normal for an app that runs for that long im not sure ive never ran anything that long...if anyone knows about it getting warm please let me know..thank you

Say you want howard stern 100 you click on 100 and get something else. all you have to do is pick something else and it seems you'll get the last channel you picked?

Great app. I've been listening to Howard since '92, and on sirius since 1/06 when he 1st came onto sirius. I have the stiletto 100, its also in my car and on my comp. i love this because I can now use this to listen while working, and use my iphones earphones, instead of that crappy, HUGE sirius headset with antenna built in.
W/o a doubt top 3 apps for the iphone to date.

People are getting too bent out of shape with the problems we are having. This is a big deal, and not an easy feat that he's done here. Its just gonna get better and better, as he keeps cleaning it up, and gets rid of the bugs and problems. Once this app is working 100% and no problems, this will truly revolutionize what can be done on a phone.

mines been running pretty flawless since i downloaded it and updated it, only once did i click on one channel and get the wrong one, and not once has it rebooted my phone, this app is my favorite one so far

As i said before this is a excellent and im sure the bugs will be worked out.. one feature id like to see is being able to create a favorites list so when u log in u dont have to scroll way to the bottom if 100 is ya fav channel or any high number. you could jus go into ya fav list or what eva they wanna label it as and jus pick from the channels you listen to most.... i definetly would like to see the background playing while in other apps put into this app as well..... otherwise its a killer app.. i just finished my 3 day trial and signed up for the monthly access

Loaded it up, was able to log in, but got the "Unable to load lineup." error. Is there an error log to look at/upload?

nvm, I found the problem.
In the Library/Preferences directory for the mobile user, the write settings weren't allowed for group wheel.
as root, I issued "chmod 775 /var/mobile/Library/uSirius/lineup" and "chmod 775 /var/mobile/Library/uSirius/logos"

Streaming now. Getting Bon Jovi,Bad Medicine on "30 CoffeeHouse" is a bit off putting though. The announcer says it's Channel 8. I hope that helps.

I might be a special case. Even though I installed your app through Installer.app, I'm mostly a Cydia user and have all of the updates for that installed. I've also put in the SUID update and the Safari cookie update manually installed.

I'd like to help further testing.

Channel 8 comes up correctly. And I like the stream buffer progress percentage.
