WWDC SDK Available for Developers - SDK #7

Via developer.apple.com the newest iPhone SDK is now available for download. This is the 7th version of the SDK.

The download is named iphone_sdk_9m2199_wwdc08.dmg suggesting that this version is the same as the one used during WWDC today.

If you're a developer and registered with the iPhone Dev program go grab it from iPhone Dev Center

I was hoping to post something more interesting about what is actually in this sdk, but Apple download speeds are lacking atm . . .

If anyone has grabbed it post up what has changed!

The 11th of July at the earliest. Notice the SDK is still in beta which means the firmware is also probably not release quality yet. Also, it'll probably take some time before it's fully unlocked and jailbroken. My feeling tells me the prod release won't be as easy as the beta's to unlock.

P.S. If you want to graduate from "What's jailbreak" to "Green Apple" you need about 50 posts (If I remember correctly). It's not about what you know... it's about how often you post.

Other than that, there just seems to be a couple of new errors and a couple of fixes.

Oh yeah, IB actually works flawlessly with simulating Tabbars and Toolbars...wow, after 7 betas they got it!

Oh yeah, and the only addition is kAudioSessionNotActiveError.

That's the only change in the API.
