yeah im confused.. on Apple's site is says $199 is for new 2 year subscriptions.. What if im not eligible for an upgrade.. i still pay $199?

i want to know how much it will be with out a contract. As i want to get it and use it with out a contract with At and t because i already have a cell provider just want to use the iphone as an ipod and all its other features with out the calling part.

No, I doubt you will have to pay the termination fee. It will be like they did when the current model iPhone was released. Anyone could buy it if they extended their contract another 2 years.

Without a contract it'll probably be 399-499 like the current prices.

For people already on AT&T, chances are the 199-299 prices will also bring a 2 year extension.

Well, for what I see theres no front camera....... I guess that in a few moths Apple will launch a new iphone white with front camera...

This has awoken my gadget lust, also this completely nullifies sprints ads HA! They just wasted 100 million dollars. Also does anyone else thing apple should start their own nematic metal box business? That box in the ad is pretty sweet

too bad though many of us wont buy one due to contract requirements
