vWallpaper video wallpaper released

installed Vwallpaper and I love it but when i go to the lock screen I have a faded black screen come up that has 80 at the top, some calender events in the middle and ibirthday and a % that shows my battery lvl. i am not sure what this is but when i tap the screen it goes away for a little bit then comes back. Is there away to get ride of this screen. or what is it

Ok, 1st off.... dont PM just coz ur impatient or bored! Especially when the PM is EXACTLY the same as your forum post...thats a quick way to piss people off (including me!)

2ndly - You MUST - at some point - have installed iToday by the same developer as vWallpaper. iToday & Intelliscreen both do the same job so to speak - they make your lock screen more functional / pretty

check installer to see if "iToday" is installed - if it is, then UN-install it

if you cant see it...look again coz its installed! unless you or a friend manually installed it possibly?

sorry about that, am sending from the phone. i will check on the itoday, it was installed but removed a long time ago. I think I am aware of what itoday looked like however still not sure

again sorry, i just checked my phone and I do not see any trace of itoday on the phone. this is a little crazy.

i did install in on my phone once, then removed it....or so i thought.... then skrew did an update to screwcommon files and it magically started appearing again. Once way for sure would be (assuming its not in the uninstall list) would be to install it, reboot the phone, then uninstall it again (iToday)

This is a problem that will be fixed in future updates. vwallpaper is still in beta stages.

& what are you adding it to?? my repo for the record is an INSTALLER source NOT i repeat NOT for the video section of vwallpaper. add my source to installer, and there are vwallpapers as well as other stuff available. if you install a video for vwallpaper it will install to the correct location and show in your vwallpaper video list.

but --- it is NOT for the video repo section of vwallpaper!!

sorry if i sound pedantic or just rude but the number of emails ive had regarding this is riduculous when i stated long ago it was an installer source & so does my sig!

got the new updates on itoday and screw common. vwallpaper never looked better! and itoday is really looking awsome!! SCREW you maybe quite but man are you good ! really looking great can't wait to see the finale itoday !!

my vwallpaper isn't working, i was messing with my phone yesterday now i can't get it to display vwallpaper, only app i installed was mmithemer, haven't tried uninstalling it cuz i've got no service.


only things i was messing with was customize stuff just downloading different themes and stuff

any ideas what could be the problem

Have you already tried re-starting the phone? (often the most obvious can fix alot of problems lol)

yea i shut it down a couple times still nothing, its really annoying, but i can change it to a regular wallpaper and it works fine

Try uninstalling & then reinstalling vwallpaper. (touch wood you wont loose your videos)

I updated to SkrewCommon 1.37, and my vWallpaper wouldn't work at all. I'm not sure what the change was, but I downgraded back to 1.36, and vWallpaper works again. Perhaps the change had something to do with iToday, which I am not using so it would'nt affect me anyhow. But, just a heads up for anyone contemplating 1.37
