I can't get past the su - mobile in the winscp consol it freezes

Never mind, I followed the instructions in post 608 and that solved the problem. I can't wait for iToday that is the App I really need

Do this:
ftp into your iphone goto /usr/local/ if there is a bin folder youre fine if its a bin file then look below to fix.

ssh into your iphone by terminal
ssh -l root *.*.*.* (*'s where ip goes)
copy and past rm /usr/local/bin
then try to re-install common package"

If some are having problems installing skrewcommon from installer...first you might turning off vwallpaper under settings and restart springboard. then install Skrewcommon then update to version .8 I just encountered the error trying to update VW and install SC, that did the trick for me...runnin 1.1.4 ziphone unlock/jailbreak

For people who has tried to update but fail and then goes to install skrewcommon:

1. Before installing skrewcommon, always CLEAR YOUR QUEUE first - your previous download attempt is probably what is keeping you from downloading skrewcommon
2. After installing skrewcommon, right away without leaving Installer, install vWallpaper
3. Then quit Installer and, when back to springboard, REBOOT

hey i ssh'd 0.8 everything works except downloads

it downloads but no show in folder
any help plezz

It still doesnt work for me. .7 worked for me but once I updated in didnt work anymore

ok i have just done a clean restore to 1.1.4

installed skrewcommon no problems
installed vWallpaper no problems,

however when running vWallpaper it will enable and allow me to select video.
restarted springboard, donot have customize of summerboard installed but the video will not load on back ground

the ealier versions worked before skrew common was needed.

what permissions need to be set?

and does skrew common have its own *.app in Applications?

this is ********...i installed your repo and when i was done i update screw cause it said so.so i did and it bricked my phone.....agggrrr i cant even turn my phone off...it just flashes and then flashes to apple logo back and forth.....i cant do nothing to to restore it but man i did so much to my phone.....WTF

ok i got it to work....after i put his repo in i seen a common update to 1.1 so i updated it and it bricked my phone almost...

If you got your iphone bricked after a boot, just wait, if it detect springboard not run after 25-30 seconds, its uninstall itself and reboot. If it do that, you maybe have something who don't work with my softs so don't install it anymore!
