Well, i love this app...

however, now that the app freezing (such as camera etc) bugs have been fixed an issue i have found is a "black" flicker when the video sequence restarts.

I have 2 seamless looping videos, but there is a very quick black flicker between the end of the clip & its restart

other than that tho i love it.

2 loops: Blue osx style background, Paradise island (sun sand sea palm tree)
(10mb zip file - mov's - tested & working with version 0.5 by me)

I installed it through installer, it worked once and then i started downloading some other stuffs, when i came back it was off, it never played agin. I have 1.1.4 with summerboard installed, i switched the theme wallpaper off and then select vwallpaper to start and restart springboard, but it never started again, i restarted it like 100 time and it never started. Please help me, i have restarted my phone also, please please help.

It should show up by itself. You have the right source right? http://i.danstaface.net make sure iphone does not auto correct it to I.danstaface.net. Also click on resources and then on refresh on the top left corner. Hope this helps.

vwallpaper v0.5 and I can see videos also, i enable them and restrt the springboard but it never shows up, please help me

please I m waiting some pro please help me, my v wallpaper showed up once and went off while I was downloading something else, i don't know what happened ?? I have v1.1.4 and vwallpaper v0.5, I have summerboard installed and i also switched theme wallpaper off. I did restart my iPhone after installing vwallpaper but no response. I can see teh application and also the video list, i click on it and restart springboard but it never shows up,only my wallpaper is seen, i also tried switching wallpaper off in summerboard advanced menu but no effect, please please help

It's a known issue. You're going to have to deal with it until the program is updated.

hi i just upgraded to the lastest version and now the video when it starts over has a little black flicker i am using the same video as i did on the older version and it had no problem please helpo thanks

I think if you read my post you will see im putting them in the right folder. Library/Screws/Videos there transfering in there, but there not showing in the list.

Iv about 20 videos in that folder now and none of them show up...

I did read your post, and as you discovered, what I said was true - the location for the videos changed with the new version, and you failed to have the videos in the correct place.

all you have to do is READ. This has already been addressed twice in this thread!

You have to move your files from the old location /library/skrew/videos

To the new location /private/var/mobile/media/skrew/videos.

After moving them you can go back and delete the old folder skrew.

Uggh. Ive read through 28 pages of post and have tried everything everyone has done to try to get vwallpaper to work. Ive tried to uninstall summberboard and vwallpaper and just install vwallpaper to try to get it to work. No go. Shhd' the files into my directory. No go. Anyone had any other solutions?. Im on 1.1.4 jailbroke. Also i noticed i watched a couple of videos and noticed that when people go into vwallpaper the videos switch is turned off and they have to turn it on but when i go into my vwallpaper app its already turned on. Does that make any difference. Any help would be appreciated.

for those having trouble... using 1.1.4 and the Finder app, i found the videos in the folder:

~/Media/Skrew/Videos

this might help people if they can't find the posted directory in ssh. just move all your vids there.

IMHO, two of the BEST video wallpapers to date. They are exactly what the video wallpapers should be -
1 - subtle motion, not so much as to be distracting, but enough so that you know its a video
2 - perfect loops - the end of the video matches perfectly to the beginning, so that when it loops, you can not see the break.

Would love to see more from you!

did you toggle the switch first it may be on but you have to switch it on and off for the program to work

btw love this app got all my friends wanting to get iphones
