BitSplit has updated this great program to be compatible with iPhone firmware version 1.1.1. What does it do? Everything.

Jailbreak - works from either 1.0.2 or 1.1.1 and is super easy, just with a click of a button. It'll prompt you through all the steps that you need to be involved in.
Ringtones - This is the ultimate OSX iPhone ringtones program. You can just upload your current already cropped and cut ringtone straight to your 1.1.1 phone. Whats more is iFuntastic now includes a ringtone maker and cropper built in. Easily take your songs and trim them up for a ringtone!

Does this mean if I followed the MMI unlock procedure to unlock my 1.02 and have patiently waited, not trying any other upgrades or virginizing, that I can use this cool new tool to upgrade to 1.1 and re-unlock my iphone?

I tried to add a carrier logo and it seemed to work perfectly but I could not get it to show on the phone. Is there a place while on the iPhone to change the carrier logo once I have uploaded it? Thanks.

This is great, we need a wiki on this. But i still think that SFTP is the easiest way to mod the phone. I'll wait for installer app for 1.1.1

dude... there already is, installer 3, I've been running it for a while now.

... SFTP/SSH is a very easy way to mod, but iFuntastic has been with us the whole way through. Though I do not like the 'payments instead of donations' thing they go goin' on over there...

I love the ringtones section, I might pay for it, rename your bought iTunes songs to m4a and they work like a charm... If they end up playing.

Damn, I downloaded it, installed it, began the process, had to keep quitting itunes. It attempted to jealbreak twice, and I lost connection with iTunes, now the phone wont even open in itunes? The phone works fine though? Anyone?

Hey, IF YOU HAVE A PC... Download a program called TOUCHFREE

It's free, and u have to click on something like 4times...it does all the work for you and leaves you with "Installer.app" on ur summerboard... works with 1.1.1 too.

I think most people know about this already, but perhaps not... check it out. my phone has all the programs it used to have before the new firmware again.
