dude... there already is, installer 3, I've been running it for a while now. ... SFTP/SSH is a very easy way to mod, but iFuntastic has been with us the whole way through. Though I do not like the 'payments instead of donations' thing they go goin' on over there...

I love the ringtones section, I might pay for it, rename your bought iTunes songs to m4a and they work like a charm... If they end up playing.

Damn, I downloaded it, installed it, began the process, had to keep quitting itunes. It attempted to jealbreak twice, and I lost connection with iTunes, now the phone wont even open in itunes? The phone works fine though? Anyone?

Hey, IF YOU HAVE A PC... Download a program called TOUCHFREE

It's free, and u have to click on something like 4times...it does all the work for you and leaves you with "Installer.app" on ur summerboard... works with 1.1.1 too.

I think most people know about this already, but perhaps not... check it out. my phone has all the programs it used to have before the new firmware again.

Ok, I just restarted the computer, iPhone showed up in iTunes like it should. The software was still set to - 1.1.1 but I restored anyway. I decided to unshackle in iFuntastic again, much to my disappointment, it did the same thing. iTunes doesn't seem to want to cooperate, in the sense that it isn't doing what the wizard windows are saying in iFuntastic. I'm not really good with this stuff, so maybe I should leave well enough alone All I wanted was a little appInstaller!

If i have an unlocked 1.0.2 iphone, can i upgrade to 1.1.1 with this new ifuntastic?? it seems really easy but i dont know if it screw it up because it says that if u have an 1.0.2 unlocked it is not recomended, what to do? i have wait patiently for an easy upgrader to 1.1.1 and unlocker

Just what we need, another convoluted app that raises more questions than it answers. And they want money. For what? A jailbreak that will last until Friday?

The charge for unshackling may in fact be illegal, since if they use the GNU code (iPhuc) to accomplish this (as they did in the past), then they are violating the license. I think it's okay to charge for stuff they provide through their own coding, but using GNU code is clearly a problem.

I know that its inside installer 3, but as for now there is no installer for 1.1.1. And a bunch of us are wating for this to happen, and I hope it will be soon
