One Click 1.1.1 Jailbreak for iPhone (OSX)

Noticed this little jailbreak app for 1.1.1 made by bryan who basically modified the iPod Touch one click jailbreak to be used specifically on the iphone.

THIS IS FOR MAC USERS ONLY!!! I have posted here a special version of iJailbreak for the iPhone. This is based on Arix work at iJailbreak.com - I have simply revamped the code to make it work specifically for the iPhone, not the iPod Touch.
If you get an older version of Summerboard installed too, your dock will be at the top of the screen. Simply go into installer.app and remove Summerboard. There is an alpha of Summerboard available directly from their website that fixes some of the 1.1.1 problems.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Download the file below
2. Unzip it to your desktop
3. copy or move the folder to your applications folder
4. Have your iPhone plugged in to the computer and iTunes closed
5. Double click the iJailbreak for iPhone application in the iJailbreak folder in your applications folder.
6. Total time can be around 10 minutes, be patient.
DOWNLOAD-> - iJailBreak for iPhone for INTEL Macs only. Currently working on a Universal Version if demand is high enough.

Very nice work, Cash. Any chance you could take the lead on getting a one-click "virginizer" app written for unlock'd 1.0.2 users who are still waiting for a baseband fix for the NVRAM issue?

as far as one click baseband downgrader digitol and I have actually been working together to make one (requires that you have ssh running) and it is working, just needs a couple tweaks b4 its to go public

I have an unlocked 4G iphone. I unlocked it following the 4 part easy unlock osx that is in this page. Now i want to update it to 1.1.1 what should i do? Should i just download ijailbreak and follow the steps you generously post here? or am i gonna have to do some other things? I would be very happy if some one can give very detail instructions on how to do it.....Thanks.

you need to downgrade your baseband b4 you upgrade to 1.1.1

Great to hear you and digitol are working on the baseband restoration/virginizing application. I can't wait for that! It's not easy being the "be patient, don't upgrade yet and just wait" guy.

does anyone notice their iphone running a lot slower and stalling more often after they have jailbroken their phone? i used independence to jailbreak mine but i was hoping that if other people had the same problem as mine. Anyone getting any slow or stalling problems with using bryan's jailbreak program?

If you replace this file -> "PackageSources.plist" located in the "resources/Installer" folder you can automatically add the "rogue sources" to your jailbreak process.

If you are in a Sim Free unlocked 1.0.2 phone and wish to update to 1.1.1 do you still need to create the Trip1Prepz (Symlink) or can you simply update and run this?

AriX is working on the iPod touch? I used to know him in the iPod Linux forums back when I had Linux on my iPod. He probably doesn't remember me. I think hes 13. Smart kid.

Have a question is it suppose to show the sync connect image the whole time???? while its going through the jailbreak
