i want to use my iphone as a modem for my MacbookPro without tinyproxy or anything like that. Open the bluetooth-connectivity. Will it be possible with this tool or with pwned?

Yeap.... its been awhile since the iphone came up and tons of great things has come out for it... but we still cant use the dmn bluetooh to transfer a cool photo or a nice ringtone to a friend whit a crappy nokia or SE that do have fully functionally BT.... very sad... but thx for all this... i keep checkong the forums to see the releases and try them

To edit the files that go into a custom f/w with pwnagetool just open the package contents then add the files in the firmware folder and edit the plist according to the packages you added.

Bada bing, your done.

Are you sure 1.2 is in the torrents? I know that the new build, 2.0, or build 5A225c has been leaked, but I have never seen 1.2, or build 5A147p out yet.

What we NEED is a program that reads the iPhone's current state and turns that into an IPSW. This fiddling around adding programs one at a time or plist editing just doesn't cut it. Oh and combine ipsw tool with pwnage. Less apps = better.

It is nice that at least you can get installer and cydia on with this program though, that's always half the battle for many.

Again, what you just watched was our proof of concept. This is definitely being worked on, don't worry. If it doesn't make our first release and we have everything else working except for this then we'll put it in 1.1
