they dont work with ios 5. the unified ipod feature has been removed from ios 5.

It is a winterboard theme named unified ipod. but it is not what you are looking for but similar it is for ipod touches and there is also tweak named iTransform to ipod that does the same thing so just an update to those so it works for iphone and ipad too on ios 5 and your golden. =D

nope. just tried both of them none of it works, the code was removed from iod 5 completely.

While those may not work maybe worth a try to contact those devs and ask if they could update their tweaks. I haven't updated yet, but heard about the separation and was annoyed

im in contact with "ye wang" the dev for mobile flip player an he has said that he has gotten it to work but is working on the ipodui framwork and is still a little buggy. here is the screenshot he has sent me.

i have just confirmed that the dev ye wang has finised but the tweak is still in beta state. hes working on removing the video app but he has gotten it to work in the music app. i just uploaded the .deb to my repo: cydia.myrepospace.com/ibeatdaily

note that this is still in beta and he is working on trying to remove the video. app and modifying the music app into the ipod. app
