    Default Live Wallpaper Help
    So I know there are programs out there that can set a Video Wallpaper for you, but, that's not what I want. I have made Live Wallpapers in the past that change the images every now and then etc. but is it possible to make an HTML file that will move images around and "bounce" off of the edges? If so, thank you for the help.

    There a monster wallpaper in cydia and that has a bouncing M going up and down the screen which is done with html. Download that and use it as a template.
