battery add-on themes not working on iphone 4?

I have an iphone 4 OS 4.2.1 jailbroke with greenpois0n but i cannot get battery themes to change probably has something to do with the greenpois0n theme im currently running that has a battery theme built in. anyway to override it. ive tried moving it up and down in winterboard with no results.

it turns out that the iphone 4 and ipod touch 4 use a different naming system for these .png files. i haven't been able to figure it out...but to be fair, I haven't put much time into it.
