Is there any free options or one off payment programs to convert flash or HTML to .IPA, even a working guide would be cool.

I have a jail-broken i-phone but would potentially like to sell the apps I make on app-store so I would like them to work on non-jail broken devices.

I am a web designer and very familiar with all the adobe products but Google produces only online monthly payment options to develop .IPA apps. And these are in template format.

Its almost like Google and apple have deliberately made it difficult to find this information unless you want to pay through the a"s for it.

I have also checked out the board and found some posts that suggest other programming languages to develop apps in however all the links to the resources are down, if anyone can supply me with the requirements to develop my own apps that would be great.

Any help would be cool.
