Default Looking for coders to build a pseudo T9 keypad

I have been searching for an ABC/T9 input keyboard for the iPhone high and low and cant find one, so im coming to the source of Cydia for input and hopefully some willing coders to build one

Key Features (in order of importance)
    1. Keyboard that resembles a alpha numerical keypad like old candybar phones.(like above)
2.This keypad has predictive text, like a pseudo T9 logic.
3.It would replace the vertical/portrait QWERTY keyboard. But when you flip to horizontal, the standard built in QWERTY keypad comes up.
4.(when installed) The ABC vertical jeypad would be the new standard keypad for all apps across the phone, not just a specific app that would require copying and pasting text to other apps.
5.Have a learning English Dictionary that would remember frequently typed words and adapt to the users typing habits.

    Optional/Options to include
1.Allow the user to use the keypad to input text with the ABC method as well.
(tap "2" twice to to type the letter "B" and so on)
2.Allow the user to set the options like "in vertical mode, use either ABC keyboard or standard QWERTY one, as well as for horizontal mode. (Maybe some users would want the ABC pad for both horizontal and vertical mode)

I cant code so i cant do this on my own.

Now the important part: Is there anyone here willing to code something like this? Im hoping we can avoid having to come up with our own algorithm. Im betting we can find some sort of cell phone predictive text logic and port it to iOS (crosses fingers).
EDIT: Something like this, only in English and isnt restricted to one app. (and maybe not such a terrible color scheme lol)

Feedback is really appreciated. Let me know if this is possible, should i give up or what, but this would be huge. Thanks in advance guys.

EDIT: Ok i found a way to type text into the phone in ABC method i explained above. Go into general>keyboard and insert a japanese keyboard (kana) and then click the globe and change it to ABC and it looks almost exactly like the keyboard i have in the picture above.
Now all i need is a way to make they keyboard predictive.
    Anyone?

that's a fantastic suggestion!!! I'm sorry I don't know codes but I'm certainly willing to pay as much as US$29.90 for such a tweak!!! work on it fast & let all who love T9 predictive input benefit from your work!!! thank you~

    Default T9 on iPhone FTW

I would also pay up to $20 or $30 for this app.

There is a cydia app called iKeyEx which supports the installation of various alternate keyboards for the iPhone which you can switch between on the fly. This replaces the native keyboard which means you can switch to an iKeyEx keyboard in the native email, sms, etc. apps...any app that uses the keyboard at all.

I believe it should be possible to create a numeric keypad T9 predictive text keyboard for iKeyEx or a standalone app in Cydia that would replace the native portrait keyboard. Someone just has to do it.

I am not a developer and would not be able to do it myself. If I could, I would.

I cannot explain to you how happy I would be if a true numeric keypad T9 predictive text native text entry method was introduced to the iPhone. I think I might actually cry a tear of joy if that happened.

please, if you are a Cydia dev or know a Cydia dev, PLEASE...PLEASE make a numeric keypad T9 predictive text input method that works well and replaces the native keyboard. PLEASE.
