Looking/Hiring for a Developer

imageI'm am in need of a developer to create an app to replace my current one...I am not a developer, and don't have the time to work my way through it either...so I am the creator of the "Winterboard Theme Gallery" on Cydia. Right now it is just a (very) basic UIWebview that points to a mobile version of my site, iphather.com/themes/ The mobile version works really well, besides the fact that it is deathly slow, and is very basic.
For the main site, I used Wordpress as a base for it's plugins, user, comment, admin etc. systems, so the App would have to access the database and call for information. All of the information displayed on the "mobile version" is through custom fields in the posts.. I am not very intelligent on how apps work, so I am just going to throw out what I am looking for. I am basically looking for an ********** type feel. Something that will load the database categories. And in the table that shows the different themes, I would like to display a screenshot of the theme, (preferably bigger than an icon size and in the rectangle dimensions of what a screenshot would be). Also the rating of the theme which is based off a plugin. On an actualy individual post page, I would like the name and author, screenshotS in the image scroller thing, and then a button that essentially is the download button.
The information that would be displayed are all simple (just a guess but this is kinda what it looks like)

and if the page is in my database, it will call upon the ratings plugin. The same works with the title, author, screenshots, screenshot, and the package ID, which acts as a direct link to the theme on Cydia. For the image scroller, I am using a javascript plugin that where the image codes should be, it is a php get images thing.
And as an added bonus, implementing wordpress comments

I would also need either Adsense or Admob ads to be implemented.

This is available right now, I just want to speed things up and make it faster, and I am no developer nor do I have the time...I kinda understand certain aspects, but, yeah.
