Jailbroken and then?

I have jailbroken my ipod touch 4g 4.1 but how do i install the apps i have downloaded?

iTunes for Apple store, Cydia for the rest.

Could you be more specific?
Or do you mean i have to put them in iTunes and then Synchroniseren because then won't work either.

That's one way ... If it doesn't work, you have a problem.

Another way is to download directly to your phone.

Maybe you're really new to this ... Have you created an iTunes account and authorized your computer?

Yeah i'm complete new to this and how do you download it directly to my ipod? and yes i have a account but i'm not sure if i authorized my computer.

Authorize your computer then you will be able to buy apps from iTunes and sync to the iPod.

From the iPod, use the App Store buy apps directly to the iPod. The next time you sync with iTunes, both the iPod and ITunes will have everything.
