Selling apps in Cydia

Hello, I am currently developing an app for Cydia but I can't seem to find a way to be able to sell it there. I was wondering if someone could walk me through the necessary steps in order to get an app up for sale on Cydia.

Press upload .deb to cydia ---->

Then check the "Paid Theme/App" box.

Where would I go to upload the .deb? I couldn't find it in the cydia app

On the sidebar ------------------>
It says "Host your theme/app on CYDIA" CLICK THAT!

After I submitted everything, it says that there is an error and that the site may be temporarily down or moved to another site.. :-/
