DON'T DOWNLOAD FROM HERE. YOU HAVE NO GUARANTEE ABOUT THE AUTHENTICITY OF THESE FILES, AND THESE COULD CONTAIN VIRUSES.
I recommend just registering as an apple developer and getting the SDK in a legit way. It's Free! It only costs $99 to get a signature request, not to compile. That is what ldid is for. Also, this is much safer and is much more reliable, and has more support.
Ummmmm Removed the links in the post. If you are a coder then you know that Apple provides these tools for free by just signing up as a developer. There is no charge to sign up as a developer.
