Post theme in cydia ?

How do you post a theme to cydia through modmyi ?
i tried the form but it didnt work.
any help ?

yes i uploaded a zip file.

the error i got was that my email ids dont match, even though they do. same for passwords
(this is while making a new id)
while trying to login, it logs me in, then redirects me to the same page, leaving me logged out.
