really confused

ok, i have created an application that im currently beta testing. I have compiled it and signed it with ldid. However, no matter what i do i cant seem to get its icon to work. any help would be nice. it is in png format.

a little side question: what would be a good software for image editing on an imac, im new to having an imac so i do not know for sure what software would be good to have for image editing.

You have to make sure u name it icon.png and make sure its the right dimensions, also make su that it's interlaced png...

You have to use Photoshop , that would be the best image editor for Mac
