Can't access iPhone from my laptop

When I connect my iPhone to the laptop it only shows Apple iPhone and I can only see the pics nothing more.. what's wrong with my iPhone? help me pls..

Pictures are the only thing you can see using a windows explorer, everything on iDevices is done through iTunes.

All you have to do is download iTunes from apple website and install it, try to get to a computer with Internet and then just save it to a flash drive

you have to jailbreak and install OpenSSH or iFile to see everything
