Developer/ New testers can't activate 4.0 Beta 2

So the last 2 people I have registered as testers on my dev program have gotten the
"We're Unable To Complete Your Activation. This Device Is Not Registered As Part Of The iPhone Developer Program. If you are a member of the program please register your device in the iPhone Developer Program Portal."

when infact they definitely are registered. The UDID's are correct.

This has only happened since Beta 2, I've registered over 30 people and only those 2 on Beta 2 had that problem.


Any ideas from other devs out there?

According to the beta developer's forum it seems to be a problem with the apple activation servers.

Issue seems to be fixed on apples end now.
