4.0 Update problem.

I went to update normally, with itunes + system updated. But when the update is done and all that needs to be completed is activating, it says that the device is not registered in the developer portal. But I did register the device in the portal with the device id. I even deleted and resubmitted the device i.d, restarted the phone, restarted itunes, and even tried to re-restore the phone again and again.
Any suggestions?
