Question about buying UID Developer spot.

If I buy dev spot, does that allow me to test apps that I have written, or just update to OS 4.0?

you need a developer account to test apps youve written. Or to ask the developer to upload them for you for testing.

yea u need a dev account to test UNLESS you make it to not check signatures (google or go to sauriks website on Getting apps on Cydia)
