Default Springboard link to iFile directory
Hi! Is it possible to create a link on the springboard that would open iFile to a certain directory?

    Thanks,

Why not just bookmark the spot in iFile? Then you will have quick access to that directory.

Yeah, I've done that already.. what I want to do now is have a icon on the springboard that would open the directory in iFile. I don't know if this would be possible to do, but it would be very handy.

I thought iFile always opened to the last folder you where last in?
i guess you can always navigate to that directory before you close iFile

It does. But I would like to have springboard access to several folders in the iPhone file system. One idea I tried was to enable the file:// schema in Safari and then create springboard bookmarks to link to certain folders. But I can only view the files this way, not modify them. That would only be possible in iFile.
I know that it is possible for an app to open a directory in iFile, AttachmentSaver and several others do that. So the hooks are there.. I just don't have the know-how to make it happen.
