There are many apps that give you a numeric % Battery left, and each have there pros and cons. I personally like having both the battery shown AND the % Battery left, but it takes up a bit more room than I like.
Is there an app, or can someone make an app, so the Battery % left is IN the battery icon? Yes, it's small. But I have great eyesight, and I'm sure plenty of other people would love this too.
I would like the percent AND fill level.
Credit goes to iGarza for the images.
EXACTLY like those, but will all percents. (See below)
(Maybe reverse the black and white color font, or in retrospect all black? It's alittle hard to read the white against the background, but no big deal.)

Reason: Better images
EXACTLY.
Completely unnecessary/trivial - but I think it's be sick if the like color changed depending on how far the bar is.
Ex - for the 50% the 50 would be white, % black.
for the 55% the first 5 would be white, half of the second five would be white/half black, and the % would be black.
I'm not a complete noob... but I'm not exactly experienced.
I'm guessing I wait for someone else to pick up on it, and expand on it, make it a program/hack and such?
you could just make it a theme. Like batt_per.theme and make a folder for "Bundles" and "com.apple.springboard" and throw the files in there, activate in WinterBoard/
Regardless, we don't have all the %s yet, and I'd like to use it without Winterboard idealy. I don't have it. I don't care about themes to be honest.
And how would you do that for the statusbar?
Or is it just for like a lockscreen?
In Cydia, install SBSettings, it will give you the option to have the battery % on the status bar.
Also, you said you were looking for "all the percentages" well you can only have 13 images in that file, so can't have all of them.
i know you dont like winterboard but these will only work with the Battery Percent meter installed for Winterboard
If you do decide to install Winterboard and iPhone Browser, simply navigate to the Library/Themes/Percentage Battery.Theme/Bundles/com.apple.sprinboard folder and drop them all in.
Select this option in Winterboard and your good to go.
Meh. I'll test it out. I installed Winterboard yesterday cause 1.) Apparently this won't work without it. and 2.) There was a dynamic icon for Weather Icon, but it was ugly. Kept Winterboard anyways.
Instead of iPhoneBrowser, I use WinSCP and SSH. (Too bad half the time it doesn't connect...)
I'll let you know if it works when I get it to load.
I'm not finding the app. O.O
