    Hey I have an iPhone 3Gs and it has officially kept updated, never unlocked and never used third party, it has 3.1.3 on it and it does not allows me to use it without sim, is there anyway to activate it without sim and if I enroll in a monthly plan with at&t, will it be working properly with the iPhone.

    You need to jailbreak it. You cant no more because you updated it to 3.1.3 to iTunes.... right?
