Copy my apps to a jailbroken iphone

Hi I have a jailbroken iPhone 3Gs and I have also developed a very simple iPhone apps. It is now working fine on the simulator. Next step for me is to put this app into a real iPhone so that I can test it from there.

Is there anybody here that can tell me how I can copy (and what file(s) to copy) from my xcode app folder to my iPhone?

I have already jailbroken my iPhone and I was able to use openSSH.

I hope somebody will help me on this. Thanks a lot!

AFAIk, you can't put an app without cracking it, and you can't crack an app without putting it in an iphone in the first place... so I guess the only way is to do the proper dev process apple needs...
